[av_dropcap1]N[/av_dropcap1]ée au Canada, Rosa tombe amoureuse de la cuisine française dès l’enfance alors qu’elle séjourne à Paris en famille. Trente ans plus tard, la cuisine niçoise est un tel coup de foudre qu’elle décide de s’installer à Nice. Depuis 2003, elle partage cette passion avec les étrangers qui sont de passage à Nice ou qui viennent s’y installer en proposant des visites du marché du cours Saleya et des cours de cuisine niçoise.

Aujourd’hui, son “cooking studio” au coeur du Vieux Nice est ouvert à une clientèle aussi bien locale qu’internationale. Les cours sont proposés principalement en anglais, mais peuvent être bilingues ou en uniquement en français pour des groupes privés. Si vous parlez un peu anglais, n’hésitez pas à visiter la version anglaise du site où vous trouverez le calendrier des cours.

En français, nous proposons un atelier des plats phares de la cuisine niçoise pour 65 euros par personne, avec un minimum de deux personnes. Le cours dure 2 heures et vous partirez avec les plats que vous avez préparé.

Le mercredi et le dimanche, nous proposons également un cours de macarons, qui peut être en français ou bilingue anglais/français.

N’hésitez pas à nous contacter pour organiser vos dîners privés entre amis ou entre collègues. Grâce à ses nombreux voyages, Rosa peut vous proposer une cuisine d’inspiration locale ou internationale. Notre chef Fouad du Berber Kitchen est spécialiste de la cuisine marocaine.
